Neil was a tremendous help through every step of the process. He went above and beyond when I had a problem with the wire transfer,by driving me over 2 hours to my bank. He is excellent and very caring.

I met Neil at an open house he was having. My girlfriend was selling her house at the time and he came down to look at it. He gave us some pointers even though it didn’t benefit him. My house was sold in a month or less with multiple offers for the full asking price!He recommended good contractors when they were needed to help with home repairs after the appraisal process. He offered multiple contractors so that I could choose what one I wanted to use. All work was completed professionally and on time to meet closing deadlines. Neil Hubbard is one of the most professional realtors we have ever worked with! He was incredibly flexible with his time, accommodating our difficult schedule, relocating to Memphis. Once we decided on the right home, he quickly lined up contractors for us to chose from to make renovations, who did great work! Being from out of town, juggling a new job and family obligations are challenging and Neil offered assistance at every turn!
